EGGCRATE GRILLE

Eggcrate Grilles have long been the industry standard extract grille. Ventech Eggcrate Grilles are high-capacity return or exhaust out with the highest free area available. It’s designed to handle large air volumes without generating excessive noise or impeding ventilation system function with excessive pressure drops. This is ideal for areas requiring high air changeover rates like restaurant kitchens etc.

Features:

• 1. The frame and blades are of high-quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
  2. Louvered type core or is fixed to the frame with aluminum pins loaded with steel springs. Core can be easily removable and interchangeable to allow for maximum flexibility in installation, maintenance, and damper adjustment.
  3. Damper is fixed rigidly to the frame by aluminum rivets. Fixing by spring clips as option.
  4. Suitable for flush mounting in lay in type ceiling.
  5. Eggcrate Sheet: 12.7x12.7x12.7mm
  6. Hinged Type is optional
