Type and function of square ceiling diffuser

There are 3 types of square ceiling diffusers:

1. Type SCD-VA 4-way diffuser with one-piece stamping cores

Material: High-quality aluminum extruded profile

Construction: One piece stamping cores with welding or punching outer frame, assemble with strong pipes.

Thickness :0.6mm or 0.7mm diffuser cores and 1.0mm frame

Standard size: 150x150mm,225x225mm,300x300mm, 375x375mm,450x450mm,other size available

Airflow direction :4 way, 3 way,2 way,1 way

Powder coating color: White color RAL 9010, RAL 9016 or customized.

Cores: Removable core

Accessory: Opposed blades damper,clip,plenum box

2. Type SCD-VB 4-way diffuser with welding cores

Material: High-quality aluminum extruded profile

Construction: Both air diffuser cores and frame by welding, strong X cross bracket

Thickness:1.0mm diffuser cores and 1.0mm frame

Standard size: 150x150mm,225x225mm,300x300mm, 375x375mm,450x450mm other size available

Airflow direction:4 way, 3 way,2 way,1 way

Powder coating color: White color RAL 9010, RAL 9016, anodized, or as customized.

Cores: Removable core

Accessory: Opposed blades damper, clip, plenum box

3. Type SCD-VC 4-way diffuser with punching cores, T bar ceiling replacement.

Material: High-quality aluminum extruded profile

Construction: One piece stamping or welding or welding cores assemble with strong pipes, outer with one piece ceiling tile replacement aluminum sheet

Thickness:0.6mm or 0.7mm diffuser cores and 1.0mm panel

Standard size: Face size 595x595mm

Airflow direction:4 way, 3 way,2 way,1 way

Powder coating color: White color RAL 9010, RAL 9016 or customized.
